Crafty Byhams is a UK-based business specialising in personalised gifts, laser engraving, custom printing, 3D printing, handmade products and bespoke items.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that:You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

Many of our products are handmade or personalised. As a result: Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Wood, slate, leather and other natural materials have unique grain patterns and markings. Handmade items may contain slight variations. Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all spellings, dates, names and artwork before placing an order. Crafty Byhams cannot accept responsibility for mistakes supplied by the customer. Once production has started, personalised orders cannot normally be altered. By submitting text, logos or photographs you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use them or have permission.

  • They do not infringe copyright, trademarks or privacy rights.

  • They do not contain unlawful or offensive material.

We reserve the right to refuse any design we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders already accepted.We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before production begins. We accept payment through the secure payment methods offered during checkout. Crafty Byhams does not store your payment card details.

7. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted when you receive confirmation that it has entered production or has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary.

8. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as guidance only. Although we always aim to complete orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Supplier delays

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We will notify customers if significant delays arise.

9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates supplied by the courier. Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, delivery is outside our direct control. Customers should ensure that delivery information is accurate. Additional charges may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses.

10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

11. Returns & Refunds

Non-Personalised Items

Customers have the right to cancel eligible non-personalised purchases within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returned items must be:

Unused in their original condition, returned within 14 days of notifying us, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right. Therefore, personalised products cannot normally be returned unless:

  • They arrive damaged.

  • They are faulty.

  • We have made an error in the personalisation.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of any packaging damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Product designs

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Text

  • Graphics

remains the property of Crafty Byhams unless otherwise stated.No material may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

14. User Content

Where customers submit images, logos or artwork, they retain ownership of that material. However, by submitting it you grant Crafty Byhams permission to use it solely for producing your order.

15. Product Safety

Customers should inspect products before use. Some items may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children unless specifically described. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafty Byhams shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or update the website without notice.

18. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Industrial action

  • Equipment failure

  • Fire

  • Flood

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruption

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Crafty Byhams reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.The latest version will always be published on this website.
